According to Article 58 of the Labor Law No. 1475, every employer is obliged to keep a record showing the annual paid leaves of the employees working at the workplace. Thanks to our Personnel Tracking Program, the records of your employees regarding their annual paid leaves are processed in accordance with the Annual Paid Leave Regulation issued based on Article 57 of the same Law, and the way to organize the annual paid leave book is regulated in detail in the same Regulation.
The employer is required to show the annual paid leave book that they are obliged to keep to the authorized officers when requested and to submit it to the leave board (if any). With the advantages and conveniences provided by the personnel tracking program, it is unlikely that there will be any problems in personnel leave tracking calculations and leaves. You can see the leaves for all years and submit them as a report to be submitted to the authorities.
The personnel annual leave book is a document used to track and manage the annual leave rights of employees. This book generally includes the dates on which the employees\'' leave days were used, how many leave days are left, and other leave-related information. Below is a step-by-step explanation on how to fill out the personnel annual leave book:

1. Save Employee Information

At the beginning of the notebook, the name, surname, department, position and other necessary personal information of each employee are recorded. This information may be included in a separate page or section for each employee in the title section of the book.

2. Determine the Right of Permission

Determine the employee\''s annual leave right. This may generally vary according to the labor contract, workplace policies, or applicable laws. For example, in some countries, employees are granted a 20-day leave per year.

3. Save Permission Dates

Book the date the employee\''s permit request. This information should include the start and end dates of the permit, the duration of the leave (day, week) and the reason for permission.

4. Permission Confirm

Permission requests must usually be approved by an administrator or staff department. Once approved, the name and confirmation date of the person who confirms the book must be added.

5. Update Holidays

At the end of each leave period, update the employee\''s time of leave according to the book. This ensures that the employee\''s remaining days of leave are followed correctly.

6. Save Special Cases

Book patient leave, emergency leave, or other special cases. These permits can be calculated differently from the date of the annual leave.

7. Annual Permit Casting

At the end of the year, dump the employee\''s annual leave days used and remaining during that year. This can be used to calculate the days of leave to be transferred to the next year.

8. Archiving

Once the annual leave process is completed, take the ledger into the archive. This can be used for future references or for inspection purposes if required.

9. Digital or Electronic Systems

Most businesses now prefer to keep their annual leave books electronically. These systems automate permission requests, approvals and updates, making the process more efficient.
When the staff fills out the annual leave book, it is important to save accurate and up-to-date information. In addition, the company\''s permission policies and applicable laws must be complied with. If electronic systems are used, training should be given to employees on how these systems work and how to use them.
