1. Data Collected The Kuzey PDKS Mobile application processes only the following data necessary for the operation of the personnel attendance control system:

Identity Information: Personnel ID (Enroll ID), First Name and Last Name.

Location Data: The application may access real-time location data to confirm whether the employee is in the designated work area during the QR code scanning process. This data is not monitored in the background; it is only used at the time of the process.

2. Purpose of Data Use The collected data is used only for the following purposes:

Creating employee entry and exit records.

Ensuring internal security and shift tracking.

3. Data Sharing and Security Your data is never shared with third parties or advertising networks. All data is stored encrypted on our company's secure servers (Java-based local server infrastructure).

4. User Rights Users can view their own records through the application and can apply to the Human Resources department of their institution for data deletion/correction requests.
